One year ago our family embarked on an amazing journey. We said "yes" to adoption. What an amazing year it has been. Through all the paperwork, waiting, more paperwork, and even more waiting God has been faithful and his timing perfect. We sit here amazed at how far we came. We are so thankful. We have two new additions to our family. They are perfect and we love them SO much. We are steps away from getting them home. We need passports. We also found out that passports don't get issued till the end of the month which is a complete bummer. We really were hoping they would be home for my graduation, BUT with God all things are possible. God can do anything he wants and I am praying that something amazing and astounding will happen because, well, with God all things are possible. I am clinging to that verse right now. I don't want to sound like debbie downer because we truly are thankful and know that everything happens in God's timing. God is good even through the waiting!
One year ago we embarked on an amazing journey. Everyday it amazes me how the Lord has worked and moved. Lord, we are trusting You to bring our babies home!!
